Standard Terms
- Prices and VAT
All pricing are in UK Pounds and are subject to VAT unless you have an EU tax registration or a valid charity exemption certificate. This must be provided before the items are dispatched.
- Minimum Order Value
There is no minimum order value.
- Delivery Charges
All items are subject to a delivery charge. Please refer to our delivery policy and available options for further details. Free UK delivery on orders over £200.00 before VAT and postage.
- First-Time Customers
First-time customers must place their initial order online. Products will only be delivered to the billing address provided.
- Order Processing and Dispatch
- All orders placed before 3:00 pm GMT (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched the same day using your chosen delivery method (excluding Royal Mail).
- Our business hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm GMT, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
We offer the following shipping for all orders:
- DHL – UK Next Working Day (8am – 6pm).
- Royal Mail – 3 – 5 working days.
- International – POA – Note: Freight & duty is paid in the country of delivery.
- Late Orders
- All orders placed after 3:00 pm GMT will be dispatched on the next working day.
- All orders placed after 3:00 pm GMT on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday (or next working day if Monday is a public holiday).
- Delivery Responsibility and Timelines
- Our courier does not guarantee next-day delivery on UK orders. We cannot accept responsibility for lost working time. We recommend that goods are ordered at least three working days in advance of any client treatments or scheduled use.
- We are not liable for any delays caused by the courier or other delivery service providers / disruptions beyond our control.
- Claims for Shortages, Damage, or Non-Delivery
- Any claims for shortages or damage in transit must be notified to us within three days of receipt of goods.
- Claims for non-delivery must be reported within ten days of the order date.

- Delivery Dates
- Every effort will be made to meet the estimated delivery dates. However, we cannot accept liability for any loss arising from a failure to meet delivery expectations.
- Pricing and Amendments
- We reserve the right to amend our price to reflect those in effect at the time of dispatch.
- We reserve the right to amend product specifications, designs, and prices without prior notice due to ongoing product development. Any advertisements, catalogues, price lists and other written material are for general information only and are not
- contractually binding.
- Returns Policy
- Products must be returned unused and in a saleable condition, in their original packaging with all safety seals or cellophane
- intact and by written agreement.
- Items must be returned within 14-days of receipt to the address below. We will gladly offer a refund, exchange, or credit note.
- If you order a product in error and are within the 14-day return window and the product is unused, in a saleable condition and in
- their original packaging with all safety seals or cellophane intact and not opened, you may return this to the address below.
- You can return the product for a refund or exchange via a tracked service at your own expense. DermaMaster Pro is not liable for return shipping costs.
- Product Suitability and Liability
- The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the products ordered are suitable for its intended use.
- DermaMaster Pro cannot accept liability for the end use of products or how they are stored or used after delivery.
- Ownership of Goods
- All goods remain the property of DermaMaster Pro until paid for in full by the purchaser.
- Force Majeure
- We accept no liability for delay or non-fulfilment of any contract terms caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to industrial disputes, accidents, fires, material or labour shortages, cyber attacks, or any other cause beyond our direct control.
- Non-Waiver of Rights
- No indulgence or failure by us to enforce any of our rights shall constitute a waiver of such rights or prevent us from enforcing them in the future.
- Discount Codes
- Discount codes must be applied at checkout. If a discount code is not applied at the time of purchase, we are unable to apply it retrospectively.
- Warranty
- All DermaMaster Pro devices come with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase.
