What is stroke length is the DermaMaster Pro?
Variable stroke length (2.0mm to 3.5mm) – making it ideal for all skin types and micropigmentation/microneedling procedures.
How do I properly clean my DermaMaster Pro?
Always sanitise your device before and after use and store it safely in the case provided. Please read our page on PURE4® our preferred sanitiser.
Is the DermaMaster compatible with universal needle cartridges?
Yes, the DermaMaster has been designed to be compatible with a wide range of rotary micropigmentation devices, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
What power supply are required for the DermaMaster Pro?
The DermaMaster Pro includes a DC cable and therefore any power source that has a DC connection would be suitable, up to 12 volts.
How do I know what voltage to set my device at.
The device run from 3 – 12 volts, you can set the voltage dependant on your treatment & your working style.
Can anyone buy a DermaMaster Pro or do I need to be trained?
The DermaMaster Pro will only be sold to practitioners who are already trained or are embarking on training with one of our affiliate training academies.
My device is not working correctly – how much will it cost to be repaired, and what is the process?
The DermaMaster Pro device has a one-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of
purchase. This warranty covers any manufacturer defect. Proof of purchase is required to claim warranty. Please contact a member of the team on info@dermamaster.co.uk
Repairs - What is the process?
- Step 1 – Contact our care team to request a return number. At this point you will be supplied with the correct address and contact to send your device to.
- Step 2 – Pack your goods in packaging that will protect your device during transit. We suggest covering it in bubble wrap and inside a box. A padded envelope is not sufficient to protect your device.
- Step 3 – Ship to DermaMaster at the following address on a trackable service.
Upon receipt and inspection, a member of the care team will be in touch to let you know if a repair is suitable.

Are your needles safe to use?
The DermaMaster needles are EO gas sterilised with a three-year expiry from the date of
manufacture. They are specifically designed with a silicone membrane sealing enclosure for
the prevention of pigment backflow.

Your DermaMaster device comes with a 1-year warranty
How can I claim warranty service for a defective product?

Are consumable items like needles covered under warranty?
No, the needles do not come with a warranty. However, if you experience any issues with our needles, please contact our support team on info@dermamaster.co.uk
Does the warranty cover accidental damage or misuse?
No, the warranty is invalid for accidental damage or misuse.
Can I purchase an extended warranty for my DermaMaster?
You can buy an extended one year warranty for £400, which can be purchased in month 12 of the existing warranty.
Delivery
What are your shipping options and delivery times?
We offer the following shipping for orders:
- DHL – UK Next Working Day (8am – 6pm)
- Royal Mail – 3 – 5 working days
- International – POA – Note: Freight & duty is paid in the country of delivery.
Our business hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

How can I track my order?
Once your parcel has been dispatched you will receive a message either by text or email
with the tracking number.
Are there any shipping charges for returns or exchanges?
If you ordered a product in error and are within the 14-day return window, you can return the
un-opened product for a refund or exchange via a tracked service at your own expense.
DermaMaster Pro is not liable for return shipping costs. You are required to email us on
info@dermamaster.co.uk to authorise the goods to be returned along with your reason for
return.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or is missing items?
Any claims for shortages or damage in transit must be notified to us within three days of
receipt of goods.
Claims for non-delivery must be reported within ten days of the order date.
Will I need to sign for my delivery.
Yes, all courier services require a signature. All packages are shipped with a tracking number, and you will be contacted by the courier with a time slot for delivery.
Returns
Due to cross contamination, we do not accept returns, unless by written agreement the
device / needles are returned in the original packing and have been un-opened.
Are there any shipping charges for returns or exchanges?
If you ordered a product in error and are within the 14-day return window, you can return the
un-opened product for a refund or exchange via a tracked service at your own expense.

- Items must be returned within 14-days of receipt to the address below. We will gladly offer a refund, exchange, or credit note.
- If you order a product in error and are within the 14-day return window and the product is unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging with all safety seals or cellophane intact and not opened, you may return this to the address below.
