3RL 0.18 Textured Universal Needle Cartridge

DermaMaster are proud to announce two of our specialilty needles that have been specifically developed for SMP (scalp micro pigmentation) and skin colour camouflage, the emphasis being on 'micro pigmentation’, as in tiny dots of implanted pigment.

Our needles are cutting edge and have been designed for accuracy, while at the same time delivering controlled amounts of pigment though a unique internal channel, designed to control the stability of the needles for less vibration and to implant pigment with minimal pooling and splash. We offer both needles with XL taper in textured and non-textured formats. The longer and finer nozzles allow for greater visibily and their semi transparency allows for a clearer window of pigment flow.

The textured needle has a special coating which allows a higher degree of saturation and is recommended for hair density effects where the illusion of fuller hair is required, such as thinning hair. The non-textured version is highly recommended for the absolute accuracy of micro dot implants for men’s scalp SMP and clients/patients with thinning hair and alopecia. The needle is also ideal for treating linear scarring. Both needle variants are designed with extra long taper for superior accuracy.

Safety cartridge system: EO gas sterilised with a 3 year expiry from the date of manufacture. Specifically designed with a silicone membrane sealing enclosure for the prevention of pigment backflow.
